We Build
Your investment funds the construction of a new property. A typical build takes 5–6 months; depending on the deal and the build, it can take up to 12 months.

The Property Sells
When construction completes, the property goes to market. Our completed projects — like the Bolden Duplexes — show exactly what we deliver.

You Get Paid
You receive your full principal back plus a return of 10–20% of your investment, as set out in your written agreement for the deal.
